4. Shipper Responsibilities
Shippers using the Platform agree to:

- Be present or have a representative at pickup/delivery
- Pay the agreed amount upon delivery confirmation
5. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers using the Platform agree to:
- Maintain valid operating authority and insurance
- Comply with all transportation regulations
- Handle cargo with reasonable care
- Communicate delays or issues promptly
- Complete deliveries as agreed in contracts
6. Platform Fees
OTRBid.com charges a 3.5% commission on completed transactions. This fee is deducted from the driver's payment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Binding Contracts
When a shipper accepts a bid and both parties sign the contract, they enter into a legally binding agreement. Both parties are obligated to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in the contract terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through the Platform's dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
OTRBid.com is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the actions of users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of shipments or services. Our liability is limited to the fees collected for disputed transactions.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OTRBid.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
